Interbake Foods, Inc., formerly known as Southern Biscuit Company, was founded in 1899 in Richmond, Virginia. In the early days the smell of their warm cookies and biscuits filled the air and store shelves of downtown Richmond. The company packaged its baked goods in decorator tins under the trademark FFV, standing for Famous Foods of Virginia.
