Fred J. Shurz

 

After several years in the Post Office service Fred J. Shurz, R. F. D. 10, Richmond left it in 1885 only to reenter it 26 years later in Richmond (1912) where he served nineteen more years in nearly all the department's branches until he retired (1931)
