Past Richmond City Manager, Robert Bob, offered to pay the owner of Evergreen Cemetery to allow the City of Richmond to move Maggie Walker's body into Richmond City for tourist attraction.

The cemetery is an historic African-American cemetery that is overgrown with greenery and has suffered vandalism.
